Looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in the medical supplies industry? Danlee Medical Products, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

As the Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying, managing and further developing business opportunities with current and potential customers within a specific geographical market. The goal is to achieve customers satisfaction, revenue generation and meet long'-term account goals in line with Danlee's company mission, vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in medical sales and be a self-starter who is motivated by driving results to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to develop and strengthen existing customer relationships and maximize selling opportunities
  • Make cold calls as required or based on a targeted strategy to expand upon assigned territory
  • Close on new accounts by answering inbound telephone, fax, and email inquiries from prospective clients
  • Actively follow-up each month on all new customers (from new customer list) and make determination from follow ups whether future opportunities exist
  • Backup Operator on phones as necessary
  • Meet or exceed sales goals per the direction from our National Sales Director
  • Maintain adequate customer records in accordance with documented processes and procedures while keeping call lists current
  • Fill sample requests
  • Stay current with product offerings. Act as a product specialist and utilize a customer-focused consultative sales process to educate existing, new and prospective customers on what products/services will best fit their needs
  • Handle all pricing inquiries from existing, new, and prospective customers
  • Provide product and pricing information for formal quotations
  • Back-up Customer Service as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/Associates Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales preferred with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Goal driven, achievement oriented and highly self motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in organizing and managing one's time
  • High level of verbal/written communication skills
  • Employ fundamental mathematical operations for the purpose of computing reports and determining pricing calculations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
